I will only accept bookings via phone, and will require 2 hours notice and the following details from yourself:-

 Name, Address including Postcode, Landline Telephone Number

 Hotel bookings are at my discretion.

I always arrive fresh and clean for each appointment and I politely ask that you are fresh and clean before my arrival too.
